  • Hmmmm...

My CrossFit trainer wrote this - not sure it's true of me, but I will agree that it is becoming more true of me, the longer I do this CrossFit stuff:

"So you are wondering what it is that quality that almost all our members have…  That trait that our trainers wish and
hope that all our trainees have or develop.  That characteristic that supercedes eating knowledge.  The human quality
that makes a Marine a Marine, a SEAL a SEAL, a champion a champion.  Here it is…the willingness to
    suffer
.  That mental tenacity that makes you continue on even though your body is screaming to stop.  That
doggedness that even though you may not be the best, you sure the hell are going to be the last to quit.  That
willingness to suffer along side others with the same mindset as you.  The best of the best.  Jesus did it for all of us.
Soldiers do it so our country remains free.  Police officers do it so our streets are safe.  Parents do it so their children
remain healthy and happy.  Whether you are fat, skinny, young, old, healthy, or handicapped is irrelevent.  If you have that mental toughness, the willingness to suffer…we want you to be part us.  We are proud of our members."
